He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) degree from Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, affiliated with the University of Kerala, one of the most reputed institutions in the state.
Mr. Nair began his distinguished career with Kerala State Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (KSDP), Alappuzha, Kerala, where he served in the Formulation Division from 1988 to 2013, rising to the position of Manager. During his long and successful tenure at KSDP, he played a vital role in formulation development, process optimization, and large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing, significantly contributing to the organization’s mission of producing affordable, high-quality medicines. His technical expertise and strong leadership were instrumental in maintaining consistent quality standards and operational excellence across multiple product lines.
Currently, Mr. Mohan Nair is associated with La Famille Industries De Brilliente as Manager – Technical, where he leads the Research & Development and Formulation teams. In this role, he plays a pivotal role in the development and production of high-quality products, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, quality benchmarks, and process efficiency. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) in Chemistry, which laid a strong academic foundation for her long-standing professional expertise in pharmaceutical quality assurance.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Saraswathy has worked with several reputed pharmaceutical organizations, including Southern Union Pharmaceuticals, Caps N Drops, Capstab Pharma, and Orthocare. In these roles, she served as a Quality Controller, where she was responsible for analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, ensuring strict compliance with pharmacopeia standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality systems.
Mrs. Saraswathy is well-versed in analytical methods, documentation practices, SOP compliance, and quality assurance protocols, and has consistently demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and integrity in maintaining product quality and patient safety.
